Position Overview
The Executive Secretary will provide administrative and coordination support to the Director, including managing schedules, facilitating internal and external communication, and ensuring proper documentation and information flow within the organization. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to communicate in languages other than Bahasa Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the Director’s schedule, meetings, and business travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Assist in coordinating communication between the Director and internal departments.
- Handle official correspondence and documentation.
- Translate documents or assist in communication when required.
- Maintain organized filing and documentation systems.
- Support the Director in daily administrative and coordination tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin (spoken and written )will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
