Technician
📌 Field: HVAC / Chiller Plant System
🕒 Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities

• Operate air-cooled and water-cooled chillers in accordance with SOP
• Monitor operating parameters: CHW temperature, refrigerant pressure, compressor current/voltage, pump flow & pressure
• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance (evaporator, condenser, oil, refrigerant, belt, bearing)
• Troubleshoot alarms/trips (HP/LP, flow switch, overload, sensor errors)
• Maintain cooling towers, CHW/CW pumps, electrical panels & control systems
• Prepare daily log sheets and service reports

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK. (prefer in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering)
• 3–5 years of experience as a Chiller Technician
• Must have experience handling chiller plant systems (not split AC)
• Familiar with screw, centrifugal, or scroll compressors
• Able to read wiring diagrams & control schematics
