PT Bukaka Inti Aircon is expanding our team! We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join us as a Technical Sales Support (HVAC).

Qualifications

• Minimum (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Male/Female (non-hijab).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably with Chiller systems. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including Chiller, AHU, FCU, and PAC.
• Able to read technical drawings and project specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience with HVAC selection software will be an advantage.

Job Description

• Select HVAC equipment (Chillers, FCUs, PACs, and AHUs) based on project requirements.
• Recommend the most suitable HVAC solutions according to technical specifications and customer needs.
• Perform cooling load calculations, AHU configuration, and equipment selection using HVAC selection software.
• Coordinate with factories/principals to obtain datasheets and customized equipment specifications.
• Prepare ROI analyses and energy efficiency comparisons between existing and proposed systems.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team during the quotation process.
• Conduct technical product presentations and explain HVAC solutions to customers.
• Deliver product training for the Sales team and evaluate training effectiveness.
