Technician
📌 Field: HVAC / Chiller Plant System
🕒 Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities
– Operate air-cooled and water-cooled chillers in accordance with SOP
– Monitor operating parameters: CHW temperature, refrigerant pressure, compressor current/voltage, pump flow & pressure
– Perform preventive & corrective maintenance (evaporator, condenser, oil, refrigerant, belt, bearing)
– Troubleshoot alarms/trips (HP/LP, flow switch, overload, sensor errors)
– Maintain cooling towers, CHW/CW pumps, electrical panels & control systems
– Prepare daily log sheets and service reports

Qualifications
– Minimum SMK. (prefer in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering)
– 3–5 years of experience as a Chiller Technician
– Must have experience handling chiller plant systems (not split AC)
– Familiar with screw, centrifugal, or scroll compressors
– Able to read wiring diagrams & control schematics
