Job Description:

• Review contracts, technical specifications, shop drawings, and P&ID
• Perform calculations for cooling load, flow rate, pressure drop, and pump head
• Supervise installation of chillers, pumps (CHWP/CWP), cooling towers, piping, and insulation
• Coordinate with site team, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
• Execute testing, commissioning, and system start-up
• Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and commissioning reports

General Requirements:

• Minimum D3/Bachelor’s Degree in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC projects (must have handled chiller plant systems)
• Strong understanding of cooling load calculation, pump head, and piping systems
• Involved in design review and commissioning activities
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit is an advantage
• Maximum age 40 years
